My name is Gala. I love to cook, decorate dishes and learn new food garnish techniques and recipes. I like easy garnish ideas and all my videos have examples of how we can use them on a dish. All food decorations are easy to follow and don't need art skills or carving talent. I have a lot of ideas but it takes time and money to make a video and create a page on the website, so I post videos once a month. My channel is a reflection of what I like to do and enjoy very much.

Stuffed Beet Greens Rolls With Meat And Rice Recipe. Steamed Siberian Golubtsi or Beet Greens Dolma.
The stuffed beets greens rolls with meat and rice recipe is how to prepare beet leaves for cooking and how to cook by steaming. This is my recipe (for many many years as I cook been greens) and feel free to ask any questions, especially if you haven't cooked beet greens. I give you an approximate amount of ingredients because to hard to count how much we need stuffing. You see I have much more than needed but better to have more, than not enough. The rice and meat with vegetables I added to the bottom and top of my beet rolls and it was delicious! However, we can use this stuffing easily for other dishes as well. I used electric steamers in the past and in the video pod for steaming. I can say, some steamers do not produce hot enough steam and might take more than 40 minutes. Beet greens are highly nutritious, containing vitamins A, C, K, several B vitamins, and minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, and iron. They have a neutral taste and can be easy to compete with grape leaves. I really recommend give a try this recipe!

I learned this technique from bartenders on Instagram, it is the best idea so far I know to make a heart from citrus peel for a cocktail. I have Orange peel heart on my channel but this technique is much better, in my opinion.

Does it have to be olive oil or can I use another oil?
Thank you for your interest! I used different olive oil to make candles and always works well for me. I tried to use grapeseed oil and it didn't work for me, I was not able light up it. It is my personal experience. Different cooking oils are not equally flammable and work differently, I know for sure. So, I asked ChatGPT about. - "When selecting a cooking oil for candle making, you may want to consider factors such as flash point, burn time, and scent. Here are a few options to consider: 1. Vegetable Oil: Vegetable oil, such as soybean or canola oil, is commonly used for candle making. It has a moderate flash point and can provide a relatively clean burn. 2. Olive Oil: Olive oil is another option, but it tends to have a lower flash point compared to some other oils. It can still be used for candles, but it may burn more quickly. 3.Coconut Oil: Coconut oil has a higher flash point and can provide a longer burn time. It also has a pleasant scent. However, keep in mind that coconut oil can solidify at cooler temperatures, so the texture of your candle may vary. 4. Grapeseed Oil: Grapeseed oil has a moderately high flash point and is relatively odorless. ( Gala, "Didn't work for me!") My best advise is to make candle before the event and test oil you have. I also, need to mention, only orange and mandarin work well for me to make candle. I don't recommend lemon (can't light up) or grapefruit ( the rind like a sponge absorbed the oil). Gala

My favorite version of Santa's face is in the short video but we can also make our Santa’s beard slightly different with one simple step. Cut on the sides of doily and fold the top of doily beside the napkin, this way our Santa has beard only on the bottom of the face, what is cute too. The best works dog nail trimmer as I show in the video. On the market you can find "Guillotine Nail Trimmer for Dogs" and it didn't work well for me to cut skewers. Really small and useful tool to keep in the kitchen!

Sorry for the delay with my answer! I had the same difficulties when was trying to make flowers from mini cucumbers. The best to use a larger cucumber to make the flower, it is much easier to roll and hold together.

I do the same for fish. It cooks amazingly in under 10 minutes with no mess. And after that, I make a sauce on pan and mix it up with fish pieces
